Description

This is an excellent full bodied Arabica and Robusta ground coffee. This blend  has been roasted medium-dark to optimise the Brazilian, Central American and Vietnamease beans. This makes for a highly versatile coffee  whether it be a gentle “wake-up” breakfast coffee or an after dinner treat. This medium grind will keep you company through out the day.

Like all our Ground Coffee the medim blend is 100% Rain Forrest Alliance so not only are you drinking great coffee but we’re doing our small part for the future coffee drinkers of the world.

The roasting process: all our coffees are roasted in a Brazilian Lilla 125 kilo roasting machine which is designed to produce batch after batch of very consistently roasted coffee. Each batch takes about 12 minutes to roast, at temperatures around 200 degrees C,  and the beans are then cooled by air for several minutes before grinding and packing.

One for the all day coffee drinker this well rounded medium blend has been medium roasted to release a rich full bodied coffee. With a fresh and fruity acidity it has a consistent flavourful depth. This ground coffee is suitable for both filter or cafetiere.
