Description

This is an excellent full bodied Arabica and Robusta blend which has been roasted medium-dark. This makes it a highly versatile coffee  whether it be a gentle “wake-up” breakfast coffee or an after dinner treat. This medium bean will makes for a great all day coffee.

The roasting process: all our coffees are roasted in a Brazilian Lilla 125 kilo roasting machine which is designed to produce batch after batch of very consistently roasted coffee. Each batch takes about 12 minutes to roast, at temperatures around 200 degrees C,  and the beans are then cooled by air for several minutes before packing.

One for the all day coffee drinker this well rounded medium blend has been medium roasted to release a rich full bodied coffee. With a fresh and fruity acidity it has a consistent flavourful depth. A great blend of bean ready to grind at home.
